A booking is confirmed once payment is received according to the payment terms shown at checkout. Prices are quoted in the store currency (typically KES) and may be displayed in other currencies for convenience only.
Cancellation and amendment policies vary by trip and are communicated at the time of booking. Park fees, permits, and supplier deposits may be non-refundable once confirmed.
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance. We can advise but cannot guarantee entry to any country or park.
Safaris involve inherent risks in remote wilderness areas. MaxMac Safaris acts as an agent for licensed operators and guides. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
